I help nonprofits and mission-driven companies set winning goals and strategies, manage their teams to succeed, and measure their impact.
I work collaboratively with organizations to implement strategic planning, goal setting, and objectives and key results (OKRs) processes that keep employees engaged in the process and bought in to the outcome. As a 15 year veteran of the non-profit and social impact sector, I have supported dozens of organizations from 1- 300 staff and built some of the earliest projects at Change.org, the Obama Foundation, and others.
Great ideas are just the beginning of how we change the world. We need impact-oriented strategies to make big, structural change. We need happy, engaged employees ready to implement those strategies. And we need to know how to measure our progress and make adjustments so we win.
